FILMMAKING,

STORYTELLING, and TECHNOLOGY

with STYLE

Your young students will make their very own short film!

In this exciting program, two experienced instructors from the film and music industry guide students through the process of creating a short film from start to finish. Over ten weekly one-hour sessions, students will unlock their storytelling potential and gain hands-on experience with professional filmmaking equipment. They’ll learn to operate cameras, tripods, lenses, green screens, lighting, sound equipment, and video editing software—all while understanding the science behind each tool as they use it.

Throughout the course, students will have the freedom to direct their own storylines, whether that’s a playground nature documentary, a sports drama, or a fictional narrative. Our instructors are there every step of the way, providing guidance and technical support, while the storytelling remains entirely youth-driven. This collaborative environment encourages creativity, teamwork, and social engagement, making it a great way for students to build new friendships.

In the final week, parents are invited to a special premiere of the completed film, followed by a Q&A session with the cast and crew. It’s a memorable experience that lets students showcase their hard work and creativity on the big screen!
